We aim to get your jewellery to you as quickly as possible. A signature will be required on delivery to ensure it arrives safely and securely.

Standard Delivery

• Orders placed Monday to Friday are dispatched the next working day, with delivery in 1–3 business days.

• Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be sent out the next business day.

Next Day Delivery

• Available on orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

• Orders placed after 2pm or over the weekend will be shipped on the next working day.

We hope you love your new piece — but if you need to return it, no problem.

• You have 14 days from the day after your order arrives to request a return.

• Email us at customercare@gaiajewellery.uk with your order details before sending anything back.

Please note:

• Jewellery must be unworn and returned in its original condition.

• The security tag must be intact and undamaged — if removed or tampered with, we can’t accept the return.

• Resized rings are non-returnable.

• For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on earrings or piercings.
